Mizz Gabrielle Nicole

Mizz Gabrielle Nicole, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, is a Co-Founder of Game 4 P.E.A.C.E alongside Walter Burns (aka The Rated R from Tupac Shakur’s first rap group, Thug Life). Gabrielle has anchored herself as a transformative leader in Philadelphia’s cultural and activist landscape. Her production, A Lifetime of Harmony—a made-for-TV movie and limited television series, executive produced with Philadelphia filmmaker Darrell Shanks—features her daughter Cymone’s hit song “Here We Go,” which is included in the soundtrack for William Hart Presents A Lifetime of Harmony. This project showcases Gabrielle’s dedication to blending the arts with community-building and social justice.

Gabrielle’s commitment to advocacy has been deeply influenced by the powerful legacies of both her Uncle Bayard Rustin—the organizer of the historic 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom—and the revolutionary spirit of Tupac Shakur. From a very young age, Gabrielle was profoundly shaped by her Uncle Bayard’s work. His dedication to human rights and justice laid the foundation for Gabrielle’s lifelong commitment to fighting for marginalized communities. Bayard’s tireless advocacy for human dignity, combined with his visionary approach to social change, has remained a guiding force throughout Gabrielle’s life. It is both an honor and a privilege for Gabrielle to continue his work and carry forward his legacy.

The impact of Bayard Rustin’s values has been intertwined with Gabrielle’s admiration for Tupac Shakur. Gabrielle vividly remembers the pivotal moment she watched Tupac perform on The Arsenio Hall Show. The raw passion and revolutionary spirit Tupac displayed in that interview ignited within her a deeper commitment to activism and justice and she became an instant fan. Tupac’s unapologetic advocacy for change, his fearlessness in confronting societal issues, and his relentless pursuit of empowerment for underserved communities resonated deeply with Gabrielle.

In many ways, Tupac’s message and Bayard Rustin’s life work intersected, both men driven by an unshakable belief in justice, equality, and the power of the people. For Gabrielle, Tupac became an extension of her Uncle Bayard’s legacy—a modern-day embodiment of the same principles of resilience, empowerment, and social change that Bayard championed decades earlier.

Through Game 4 P.E.A.C.E, Gabrielle continues to honor both legacies, fighting for youth and underserved communities, amplifying the messages of justice, empowerment, and equality that were at the core of both Bayard Rustin’s and Tupac Shakur’s work. It is her life’s mission to not only keep Tupac’s revolutionary spirit alive through Game 4 P.E.A.C.E but to ensure that the advocacy for social change, rooted in the efforts of those like Bayard, remains strong and unyielding. Through her leadership and activism, Gabrielle aims to leave a lasting impact on the world, as both her uncle and Tupac did in their time.

As Golden BrieZ—“the world’s sexiest tomboy alive”, Gabrielle adopts an on-stage persona that blends her artistic talents and activism. A founding member of G4P Philly’s Super Rap Group, “Secret Weaponz of Mass Construction,” she delivers dynamic performances that combine soulful music, spoken word, and storytelling. Through this persona, Gabrielle delivers powerful messages of justice, empowerment, and community unity. Her work fuses the arts with activism, creating immersive experiences that challenge and inspire her audience to take action for positive change.

In addition to her groundbreaking work with Game 4 P.E.A.C.E, Gabrielle served as President of Global News Network and Our News Central, America’s first all-Black news channels. In this role, she executive produced and hosted several impactful talk shows, using her platform to give a voice to underserved communities and drive forward the conversation on social justice and empowerment.

Gabrielle’s second published book, Game 4 P.E.A.C.E Presents Through the Fire!, is the inaugural release from Game 4 P.E.A.C.E Publishing House, where Gabrielle serves as Editor in Chief. This powerful book highlights her commitment to social justice, resilience, and empowerment, offering a compelling narrative that inspires individuals to overcome adversity and create positive change within their communities.

In 2020, Gabrielle’s powerful impact was recognized with the Star Medal of Honor for Outstanding Performance and Recognition in the Industry at Philadelphia’s Spiral Awards, honoring her integrity, influence, and dedication to transformative social change. Her contributions continue to shape Philadelphia’s cultural scene, paving the way for a more inclusive and equitable society.

Through her leadership in Game 4 P.E.A.C.E’s Queens, Princesses, Flowers and Seeds and Artivist Branches, as well as her role as a news correspondent with G4P What’s Going On News Journals, Mizz Gabrielle Nicole remains steadfast in her mission to inspire, uplift, and create lasting change—leaving an indelible mark for future generations.
