Norris Robert Jones (born February 19, 1969), better known by his stage name Roblow, is the Co-founder & Co-Executive Director of Game4Peace, an American record producer, record executive, and entrepreneur. He founded the record label Down N Dirty Records in 1987, which was relaunched into the spin-off labels Crimelab Production in 1998 and LA Bangerz Records in 2009. Jones gained fame in the mid-1990s as the producer of the hip-hop First Gangsta female rapper BO$$, who signed to Def Jam Records and received gold certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Roblow has also produced songs for artists such as Keak da Sneak, Onyx, Rass Kass, WC, The Luniz, The Relativez, Rated R from 2pac’s group THUGLIFE and Coolio, among others.

In total, Roblow has produced and been a part of creating well over 100 hip-hop singles.

Norris Robert Jones was born and raised in Los Angeles. He grew up in Los Angeles and Compton. He is the oldest of five children. He attended multiple high schools, including Dominguez High School in Compton, Crenshaw High School, and Dorsey High School in Los Angeles.

Today, Norris is still in the entertainment business as a music executive and is a co-owner of a non-profit called Housing 1 by 1, Inc. Housing 1 by 1 focuses on helping people suffering from homelessness. He started Housing 1 by 1 in 2020 during the pandemic and has since helped to take thousands of people off the streets and housed them.
